So, at least two people, probably three, or even five people are happy to see me take the step at work. I do not have a deffinitve 'yes' about getting a position, but that I am trying for one. I am anticipating good as well as bad with it, mor good would be better, no bad would be excellent.
Well, there yet may be some change in store for me. I've set some things in motion that I had been a bit wary to for some time, but recent prodding has spurred me on.
These steps in a new direction should be good.
I've also had some computer glitches again lately, some kernal power losses. I have set about turning off various 'devices' in the device manager, so far to no avail. The bit that bothers me is it may be the wiring in the house. I hope not, I haven't got the funds for a UPS right now.
There have been a slew of ideas coming out of my head lately. I don't seem to have the desire to pursue them though, which I find a bit disturbing. I have had much fun with my creative pursuits, a loss of interest in them is something that worries me. An outlet for my mind as it finds something to think about while I do the various things that are mostly second nature.
A quiet day at the zoo. It may be a bit chilly, 30 degrees or so, but the sun keeps popping out from behind the clouds, and there isn't much of a wind.
I know I saw a movie last night, and here I am again.
From Paris With Love was quite entertaining. The action was fun, even with Mr. Travolta. The story was no surprise, much like Taken, but overall still worth a view.
Now, The Wolfman. Mr. Del Toro would appear to be enjoying him self in this role, based on several of the short 'behind the scenes' pieces that have shown up on the web. Even in the trailer, he would seem to be having fun, which usually means he should be quite good. With the rest of the cast that is round out this film, I am expecting a fun romp back into a horror story from the past.
Sitting down to catch "From Paris With Love". Other than the Bond imagery the title evokes, Travolta doesn't seem set for the action movie this has been pitched as. Granted the director took Liam Neeson on a similar trip a couple of years ago, but I like watching Mr. Neeson more.
